FATS

Hormone health, brain function, satiety. Healthy fats are mandatory, especially for women over 30. Cut them and you'll feel it everywhere.

I'm not a dietitian. I'm a woman who spent years in a war with food — restricting, obsessing, starting over — and finally found her way out.
